06 mar Super EE and Super Kigali in: for the Kigali Amendment’s strength! – Part 4
It’s time to have fun with Part 4 of the adventure “Super EE and Super Kigali in: by the power of the Kigali Amendment!”. 🥳
In the story, our heroes face a pair of air conditioners, window and split models, who are unhappy with the Kigali Amendment to the Montreal Protocol.
Check out the fourth part of the adventure, the penultimate part of this comic series:

The Montreal Protocol is an international agreement that was created in 1987 with the aim of reducing and eliminating substances that cause the destruction of the ozone layer . Among these substances are chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs), which are mentioned in the comics as the gas that the grandmother with the window air conditioner used to cool.
The Kigali Amendment was introduced in 2016 and included hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) in the list of substances of the Montreal Protocol. HFCs are gases with high global warming potential and that cause the greenhouse effect.
I think that now air conditioners have understood the importance of new devices with gases that are less harmful to the environment, right? Or maybe they haven’t yet??? Oh, oh, oh! Let’s wait for the last part of our story, which will be out next week!
This comic book series has a script by the IEI Brasil team, drawings by artist Natalia Flores and has the support of Clasp.
Check out Part 5, with the end of our story, here.
